Whisky Swizzle

  • 1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • ½ oz ginger liqueur
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate Grenadine
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • 10 Dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
  • Handful of mint
  • Cinnamon sugar for garnish
  • Strawberry for garnish

Muddle mint.  Combine all ingredients (except Peychaud’s bitters) in shaker.  Shake and strain over crushed ice in Collins glass.  Add 10 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.  Garnish with mint spring, a dust of cinnamon sugar and a strawberry.
