Whisky Colada

  • 1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • 2 oz Coco Lopez
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Ruby Port
  • Luxardo Cherry for garnish
  • Pineapple Leaf for garnish

Combine all ingredients (except Port) into a blender with ice and blend.  Pour into a tiki glass and add Port float on top.  Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and pineapple leaf.
