Virginia Maple

Makes one cocktail.

    • 1.5 ounces¬†Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
    • .25 ounce apple brandy
    • .5 oz maple syrup
    • .25 ounce orange juice
    • Orange peel to garnish
    • 3 dashes molasses bitters
    • Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing glass, stirring over ice until maple syrup is dissolved.¬† Strain into glass, top with bitters and garnish with an orange peel
