Nova at Noontime

  • 1 oz. Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • ¾ oz. Marrakesh Mint Tea
  • ½ ounce Ginger Sugar Simple (ginger infused cane sugar)
  • ¼ ounce Ginger Liqueur
  • Fresh Blackberries

Muddle 8 mint leaves and fresh blackberries with ginger sugar simple. Add ¼ cup crushed ice. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently. Top with more crushed ice.
