Nitro Shamrock

Makes one cocktail.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • 1 ounce mint simple syrup*
  • 4 ounces Snowing in Space Nitro Coffee
  • Whipped cream** for topping

Pour whisky into glass.  Add mint simple syrup.  Add 4 ounces Snowing in Space Nitro Coffee.  Top with whipped cream.


Mint Simple Syrup: 1 cup distilled water, 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup mint leaves. Combine ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and cool for at least 30 minutes before straining out mint leaves.
Yields 1 cup


Whipped Cream: 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 3 ounces agave syrup. Combine in a container and whisk together quickly until medium to stiff peaks form.
