Nelly Bird

  • 1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • Handful of diced mango
  • Pineapple leaves for garnish
  • Lime for garnish
  • Luxardo cherry for garnish

Muddle mango.  Combine all ingredients in shaker.  Shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves, half of a lime hallowed and flipped inside out and a Luxardo cherry.
