Cocktail Credit: Whisky A Go Girl
- 2 oz Cider Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky infused for 24 hours with cardamom pods, anise seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, small piece of fresh peeled ginger, black peppercorns, allspice and mace.
- 1/4 oz cinnamon anise simple syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake it up and strain into a glass. Sprinkle small bit of pfeffernüsse dust on top (toss a cookie in the food processor and pulse until its a dust) and garnish with pfeffernüsse cookie and cinnamon stick.
