Our Whisky


Makes one cocktail.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • 2 ounces ruby red grapefruit
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup*
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce lime juice

Wet glass with lime juice and rim half way with sugar. Combine ingredients in a glass over ice.


Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup granulated sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat. Let sugar dissolve, stirring constantly. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool. Store for up to two weeks.
