S’Mores Old Fashioned

2 oz Blue Ridge Toasted Barrel Finish

¼ oz smoked maple syrup

4 dashes chocolate bitters

Crushed graham crackers, chocolate syrup & toasted marshmallow garnish

1. Prep rocks glass by dipping rim in chocolate syrup and rolling in crushed graham crackers.
2. Combine whisky and maple syrup in mixing glass. Add ice and stir well.
3. Strain into cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with bitters.
4. Garnish with toasted marshmallow.
