Combine ingredients in a mug and stir. Top with vanilla bean whipped cream and sprinkle of brown sugar.
*Brown Sugar and Vanilla Simple Syrup: 2 cups brown sugar, 1¾ cups water, 3 tablespoons vanilla extract; Boil ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool slightly before straining. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
