Our Whisky

Blue Ridge Mule

Makes one cocktail.

  • 1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky  
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice  
  • ½ oz agave syrup  
  • oz ginger beer  
  • Seltzer water, optional 

Pour ingredients over ice in glass or copper mug. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.  If desired, top with a splash of seltzer water.
