Our Whisky

Apple & Oak

Makes one cocktail.

  • 2 oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • ¾ oz cider
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 dashes Apple & Oak bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing glass.  Add ice, stir and strain into coupe glass.  Garnish with an apple slice.
