Virginia Julep

Makes one cocktail.

  • 1 ½ oz. Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • 0.25 ounces  simple syrup or sugar
  • 10 mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of the julep cup. Add simple syrup, or sugar, whisky and crushed ice until the cup is 3/4 full. Stir and top with more crushed ice.
