Makes one cocktail.
Mix all ingredients in a mug. Top with hot water, stir and garnish with lemon peel. Top with dashes of lavender bitters.
*Lavender Honey Simple Syrup: 2 cups hot water, 2 cups honey, 1 cup lavender flowers, ½ cup mint leaves; Combine honey, hot water, lavender flowers, and ½ cup mint leaves (or 4 tablespoons premade spearmint simple syrup) into a sauce pan and heat until at a boil. Remove completely from heat and let steep for 45 minutes to an hour. Refrigerate and store for up to 2 weeks.
